Free Returns (U.S.)
Eligible U.S. customers may return unworn, unwashed, or defective items at no cost. International returns are accepted, with shipping paid by the customer. We are working to enable complimentary international returns in the near future.
Eligibility Criteria
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All labels, tags, and packaging must be intact
- Final sale, clearance items, and promotional products are excluded
- Shipping fees, gift cards, and free gifts are non-refundable
